The Owner - Mr David Leeson,21, Fore Street, Tywardreath, Par, Cornwall PL24 2QP
The Client - the person signing the booking form
Reservations should be made by completing the Booking Form that we will send to you, and returning it together with your £100 refundable damages deposit, payable by cheque or by bank transfer. Cheques should be made payable to Mr D. Leeson and sent to:- 21, Fore Street, Tywardreath, Par, Cornwall. PL24 2QP. Once we have received your completed Booking Form and your cheque or bank transfer has cleared, a confirmation of booking/receipt will be issued to you. If you are booking less than 28 days before the start date of your holiday, payment must be made in full. Alterations to the original booking form must be made in writing and with the involvement of the owner. We cannot accept guests who have not been listed on the booking form.
Cancellation by the client should be made in writing either by email or by registered post. Any cancellation made less than 28 days from the start date of the holiday may incur a loss of up to 50% of the total sum paid; the deposit will be refunded. Any cancellation made more than 28 days before the start date of the holiday will result in the loss of the deposit paid. If for any reason the owner is obliged to cancel the Client's booking for his own reasons then all monies paid to date will be repaid in full. This is the limit of the owner's liability. The owner retains the right to cancel the booking at short notice if the terms of the agreement are breached by the client in any way.
